After Dark is a one of a kind arts experience that makes you rethink what a concert should be. Think new music meets cocktail party. Think contemporary dance meets sound experiment. Think pub trivia meets concert.
After Dark pushes the boundaries on what you've come to expect from a concert - and this time we're doing it with dancers. Joined by Free Flow Dance and choreographer Jackie Latendresse the concert features the music of living composers including Gyula Csapo, Don Sweete, Max Richter, and many more.
BEFORE DARK RECEPTION As part of Culture Days, Dance Saskatchewan will be hosting a free pre-show reception for After Dark. We are pleased to support Free Flow Dance Theatre in its partnership with the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra. Everyone attending After Dark is invited to attend this free pre-show reception at 6:30 pm on Friday September 30 2016 at the DSI Centre, located at 205A Pacific Avenue in Saskatoon.
This will be an opportunity to gather and share stories about partnerships and community engagement. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
