Are you a University or College student aged 18-28? Do you want to learn about governance while shaping the future of a vibrant local arts organization? Free Flow Dance Theatre is offering an exciting opportunity for one youth to serve on our Board of Directors in an advisory capacity for a two-year term.
✨ What You’ll Gain:
✅ Insight into the governance of a not-for-profit arts organization
✅ A chance to contribute your voice to decisions shaping our mission and vision
✅ Experience collaborating with passionate arts advocates and professionals
✨ What You’ll Do:
👉 Participate in approximately 6 board meetings annually
👉 Share your knowledge, ideas, and insights on issues relevant to youth, dance artists, and audiences
👉 Support our accountability and governance efforts
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Passion for the arts and an interest in governance
🔹 Awareness of issues important to young dance artists and audiences
🔹 A willingness to contribute and learn
