Friday, March 26, 2021 at 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm

Free Flow Dance Theatre in partnership with the Caswell Community Association presents a unique nighttime journey through movement designed specifically for Christchurch Anglican Church. Follow twin sister goddesses Eos (Dawn) and Selene (moonlight) as they move through the outdoor performance space seeking meaningful connections and encountering others along the way.

You are invited to attend a very special in-person, live performance by the Free Flow Dance company. This is an outside, site-specific dance event. Yes, you heard it right this is an outdoor event in March! Audience members should dress warmly in layers and bring a blanket if desired. The performance will run approximately 30 minutes in length.

Tickets are free of charge but you must register for a ticket so we can track the number of attendees as per our health and safety guidelines.  Free Flow is a charitable organization and accepts donations in lieu of a ticket price. All donations will receive a tax receipt.

Dis-Dances is an ongoing program that experiments with socially distanced choreography. Into the Snow takes place in a magical nighttime environment lit by various coloured LEDs and special effects. It follows two sisters, Selene and Eos on their quest to find one another as they discover various relationships between others that take place over distances. Featuring: Mitchell Larsen, Kyle Syverson, Rachel Saufert, Taylor Zeller, Alex Hartshorn and Laura Turnbull. Choreography, costuming and direction by Jackie Latendresse. Original music by Cassandra Stinn.

As you can imagine, due to health and safety guidelines, audience space is extremely limited at our performances. We will only be able to accommodate 16 people per performance.  Audiences are asked to please use the washroom prior to arrival. All audience members will be required to wear a mask and abide by physical distancing rules and any other current health and safety regulations.

If you feel unwell or are experiencing any signs of COVID 19 at the time of the performance please remain at home. We will release a video that you can view at a later date.
