Free Flow Dance is very pleased to present our 2023 season of dance works at our upcoming Gala “Emerge”. Talented dancers have come from across Canada to perform for Saskatoon audiences.

7:30 pm November 3rd and 4th.  AND 1 pm and 7 pm November 5th

Emerge features new works including ‘The Meaning of Words’ a thoughtful and reflective new ensemble work choreographed by Graham McKelvie a faculty instructor at the Alberta Ballet, ‘Nest’ a Butoh-inspired psychological discovery of our nesting habits during the pandemic by award-winning artistic director Jackie Latendresse and ‘2-4-1’a highly kinetic and fast-paced duet by choreographer Peter Quanz, resident choreographer of China’s Harbin Ballet Company. It also features remounted work ‘Ecce Homo’ choreographed by Canadian Dance Hall of Fame inductee Danny Grossman and Jackie Latendresses’ best-known work ‘Pods’ which features unique costumes each housing their own individual miniature trampoline.. Dancers: Taylor Zeller, Rachel Saufert, Bethany McMorine, Rawda Mabrouk, Anne Neudorf, and Natalie Sluis will perform.

Free Flow Dance Theatre is Saskatoon’s premiere professional contemporary dance company and a federally registered charitable organization.  Thank you to the Saskatchewan Arts Board, and Dance Saskatchewan for support of this program.
