Move it!
Step into a space of movement, creativity, and self-expression. This workshop blends contemporary dance with hip-hop-inspired grooves and dynamic floorwork, encouraging fluidity, strength, and personal exploration. Through guided improvisation, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, we’ll create a safe and supportive environment where dancers can let go, connect with their bodies, and move with authenticity. Whether you’re looking to refine your technique or discover new ways of moving, this workshop invites you to explore, play, and express yourself freely.
