Join our host Bruce Sinclair and special guest instructor award-winning Metis Jigger Courtney Anaquod to learn about the history and meaning of Metis Jigging in a fun low stress environment! Everyone is welcome at the Free Flow Dance Centre and no previous experience is needed.
